Beija-Flor Jeans are made with pre-washed denim meaning they are more resistant to color fading and made to last. But it never hurts to follow our tips and tricks for keeping them as bright and beautiful as the day you bought them.

You may not want to hear it but avoid overwashing your jeans. If and when you do wash them, be sure to turn them inside out first to prevent the hardware from snagging on your clothes.

Cold water and liquid detergents are best. They prevent excess dye loss and limit shrinkage. Beija-Flor Jeans are pigment dyed so a little dye loss is to be expected in the first washing. We also recommend a good old-fashioned hang dry. If you must machine dry, keep it to the lowest setting.

Denim should be easy so we suggest folding your jeans to store them. Hanging them can create unwanted creases or distress to your jeans.
