WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR WORK...

It's a tie! I am the Chief Customer Officer of a fast-growing social media software company, so it presents some unique opportunities. I love having a front row seat for our customers who are doing amazing things in social media, but personally, I love creating growth experiences and career opportunities for my own team.

Stop trying to figure out what you want to do in 20 years because it hasn't been invented yet! Keep embracing experiences and mentors that excite you and you can make your own path.

YOUR FASHION ICON...

My real life choice is easy: Kate Middleton. If we're going fictional, I love how they dress Alicia Florrick on The Good Wife (even though I work in Austin and wear jeans almost every day).

YOU RELIEVE STRESS BY...

I have fallen in love with rhythmic spin and Zumba both of which are about focus and losing your inhibitions. I'll be in a class with participants ranging from 15 to 65 and everyone is having fun and losing themselves in the music.

YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT...

…is in progress. Always.

IF YOUR LIFE HAD A THEME SONG, IT WOULD BE...

"It's in the Way that You Use It" by Eric Clapton from the Color of Money. I listened to it on the way to work this morning…

WHEN YOU WERE A KID, WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GREW UP...

An astronaut fashion designer rockstar. I never figured out where to put in my application for that at career day.

A HERO OF YOURS THAT EMANATES BEAUTY...

It's cliché, but my mother is the most beautiful woman I know. She is always so elegant. She is so caring and sets the bar of what it means to have a true work ethic.
