Digital Marketing Associate Manager

Beija-Flor is in search of a Digital Marketing Associate Manager to oversee digital marketing and e-commerce activities to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, engagement and revenue for the Beija-Flor brand. This highly cross-functional role will support the marketing and executive teams, as well as external agencies in the development, execution, management and measurement of key digital and social campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Work with internal team and external digital marketing agency to drive and execute customer acquisition strategy for e-Commerce channel, principally through SEO, SEM, paid and organic social, email, and e-commerce experience
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for digital marketing agency and assist with asset creation
- Oversee seasonal photo shoots as well as on-going photo/video content creation
- Design POS and displays brick and mortar locations
- Assist with creation of marketing collateral including lookbooks, line sheets, information decks and one-pagers
- Manage content calendar and execution of all social media and email content, ensuring that all content is in-line with overall company priorities, brand messaging, marketing campaigns, product launches and industry trends

Social Media:
- Develop, draft, edit and implement all copy, imagery/graphics and video for paid and organic social media
- Conduct reporting of social campaigns across all platforms, and stay abreast of key digital and social trends, latest technologies and actively monitor competitive activities
- Monitor social listening for user-generated posts, press hits and content opportunities
- Proactively recommend new organic social media strategies, tactics and projects that will amplify BF’s social presence, engagement and brand awareness

Email/Site Content:
- Serve as the project manager for email campaigns, develop creative imagery & text, as well as organizing of resources & deploying campaigns
- Assist with website updates including new product pages, homepage content, sweepstakes entry forms, landing pages, etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing/e-commerce, ideally in consumer
- Highly motivated and results-driven team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize, manage and drive multiple projects
- Working knowledge of various digital marketing channels and platforms including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, organic social media and email strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Working knowledge of Shopify, HTML, CSS and JavaScript a plus but not required
