Though all of our styles are designed with the ultimate level of comfort in mind, we're spotlighting two that we're really feeling right now (along with the recipes we want to eat literally every day).

MOM'S LASAGNA

Nothing soothes quite like a heaping plate full of homemade lasagna. This recipe is super quick and easy and is arguably even better as leftovers.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs Ground Beef, browned and drained
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 12oz can Tomato Paste
- 1 1 lb box of Lasagna noodles
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Mix the first five ingredients together and simmer on medium heat. Boil water and cook noodles according to box directions. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Grease bottom of 13” x 9” pan. Layer the pan with the meat sauce, then noodles, then cheese mixture. Layer again and then top with remaining meat. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Rest before serving.

MAMAW’S LITTLE BITS

Our jeans and this recipe are the added bit of Southern comfort you need right now. Easy and delicious, these sweets are perfect any time of day (or multiple times, every day). 

INGREDIENTS

- Butter for greasing
- Graham Crackers, crumbs
- 3 Eggs, separate out yolks
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS

Butter 1 1/2” muffin tins and coat generously with graham cracker crumbs. Set aside. Cream egg yolks, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into creamed mixture. Spoon cream cheese mixture into muffin tins filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes (centers will fall forming indentations) and then carefully remove from muffin tins.

For Sour Cream Filling:
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract in a 9” pie plate. Stir well. Bake at 400 for five minutes. Stir well again. Bake an additional 3 minutes.

Spoon 1 tsp of sour cream filling into each indentation. Store in refrigerator.
