“Beija-Blueprint: Design your own Jean Pocket” Contest

Beija-Flor Jeans hosts “Beija-Blueprint: Design your own Jean Pocket” contest

Greenville, S.C.- Premium women’s denim brand, Beija-Flor Jeans, is holding a “Beija-Blueprint: Design your own Jean Pocket” contest, giving contestants the chance to have their pocket design featured in Beija-Flor’s Fall 2012 collection.

Participants are encouraged to submit their design through Beija-Flor’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/ilovethesejeans, by 11:59 p.m. on October 29. Using the blank pocket template found on the entry form, contestants can sketch their design or create it on the computer before uploading their image design back onto Facebook.

The Beija-Flor design team will choose the top three entries to display on the brand’s Facebook page, where fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite design by “liking” the photo.  The design that receives the most “likes” by 11:59 p.m. on November 9 will be the winner.

“We are so excited to give people the chance to really interact with the brand, and we can’t wait to see all the designs,” said Beija-Flor co-owner Emilie Whitaker.  “Every time we talk to our customers, they have such great ideas about the jeans.  This is their chance to show off those ideas.”

Plaza Suite, Beija-Flor’s flagship store in Greenville, S.C., will host an event for the top three contestants at 7 p.m. on November 17.  The winner will be announced there, and the name of the jean will be selected. The designer will also receive a free pair of their limited edition jean.
